Patient statements leave billing as PDFs and recipient lists. That is the file we take. We do not open the EHR. We do not post charges. We do not clear a claim. Recurring jobs use the same production path as a one-off notice. You still confirm each run.
Software can propose addresses and print options. An agent can set a job up. A human on the app still approves before anything prints. Agents cannot skip approve. That is the control for a file that has a patient name on it. Volume is not an excuse to skip the click.

Most patient statements travel First-Class. Certified Mail is an option on the same job when that document needs proof of delivery. It is not the default on every statement. Never same-day. A billing cycle is a list. An appointment notice is often a handful of files. Do not run them as one job. Do not let an agent debit the meter. The person who owns the patient file still clicks yes. That is slower than silent auto-mail. It is the product. Charts stay in the EHR. Claims stay in the clearinghouse. Paper leaves after a person confirms the job.
