Statements
Files you already makeStatements, invoices, and notices as uploaded files and lists. We do not generate bills inside a core or ERP.
You upload the files your system already makes. Statements, invoices, notices, and Certified Mail use one production path. We print and deliver the pieces to USPS.
The job is the mail. Vertical pages sit under that.
Statements, invoices, and notices as uploaded files and lists. We do not generate bills inside a core or ERP.
Add Certified Mail or Certificate of Mailing before you approve. Not for postcards. Never same-day.
Replace desk print, fold, and postage with upload-to-production. We do not staff your office mailroom.
Credit repair, a bank, a county, a clinic, and a storage facility send different documents. They use the same job: upload, proposed setup, human approve, produce, deliver to USPS. You keep the system of record. We keep production.
We are not a CRM. Not an EHR. Not a property management system. Not a CIS. Not core banking. If your stack already writes the PDF, the Word file, or the list, you are in the right place. If you need software to create the dispute, the chart, the ledger, or the bill, that is not this product.
Volume does not change the path. A one-off notice and a recurring statement file both wait for a human on the app. The prepaid meter debits when you approve. Production mail is not free. Features that come with the piece — envelope, paper, tracing on qualifying First-Class, logo envelope when approved — live on Features, not here.
Files your system already makes. Recurring jobs and one-off notices use the same path.
Setup is proposed, not auto-sent. A human still confirms on the app.
Print, insert, postage. Then we deliver the pieces to USPS. USPS delivers the mail.
Core, EHR, PMS, CIS, CRM — those stay yours. We do not replace them.
CASS and NCOA run on every piece. Addresses are standardized and change-of-address runs before print. You review flagged pieces, then you approve. Fewer returns. Not a USPS delivery-time promise. On Certified Mail a flagged address cannot still-mail.
That check is not tracing and not Certified proof. Do not treat this hub as the CASS page.
Same-day is a narrow First-Class path. Certified is never same-day. Times are Central. Mail dates are weekdays. The default path is next weekday when you approve by the evening cutoff. You can also schedule a later weekday.
Vertical pages do not invent their own clocks. If you need the eligibility list, use How it works.
