Funding

Approval
An approved job can be unapproved until its mail date, and unapproving puts the money back on your meter. You can cancel before production begins.
Production
After approval we print, prepare, and apply postage.
Delivery
We hand the mail to USPS. USPS delivers it. We do not promise a delivery day.
How do tracing and tracking differ?
Qualifying First-Class tracing shows available scans; it is not legal proof of mailing or delivery confirmation. Priority Mail and Certified Mail include USPS tracking. Certified tracking can reach Delivered.
What are the production cutoffs?
Same-day when the job qualifies (1:00 PM CT). Default next business day (10:00 PM CT). Schedule up to 60 days. Monday to Friday. Same-day still has to qualify on a plain #10 envelope. Certified is never same-day.

How does postage affect the price?
Postage is part of the cost and varies with USPS rates. Certified Mail is available for an additional charge and includes USPS tracking, and you’ll see the complete mailing price before approving.

No. No contracts, no subscriptions, no setup fees. Pay only for what you mail.
When does my letter go to USPS?
By default, letters you approve before 10 p.m. CT are handed to USPS the next business day (Monday to Friday). USPS delivery times vary. USPS handles delivery from there. There are no contracts, subscriptions or setup fees.
