The work is production mail. Files. Proofs. Postage. A delivery to USPS. AI proposes setup. A person still confirms before anything prints. The discipline is the file you send, the proof you accept, and the mail date you pick.
We are not a wrapper of another mail API. The portal, the meter, and the production path are this product.
We do not publish customer names on this page. If you need references, talk to mail ops. Mail ops will talk through a job. They will not approve it for you. Approval stays in the app, on your account.
Outbound print-to-mail only
We send the mail you approve. We do not receive inbound post.
You send documents and postcards. The file stays yours. PDF, Word, images, or a recipient list. We do not generate bills inside a core or ERP. We do not rewrite statement copy. You own the document. We own production.
A letter here is a USPS size, or a named document type you already use. Correspondence, notices, statements, and invoices are files you upload. We do not author them inside your system.
After you approve, we print. If the piece needs an envelope, we insert it. A postcard is printed as a card. We do not stuff a postcard. Postage comes from your prepaid meter. We deliver the pieces to USPS. USPS carries the mail.
Mail dates are weekdays. You pick the date when you approve. We do not publish USPS transit days after we deliver the pieces to USPS.
This is not a mailbox. We do not hold inbound post. If you need a virtual mailbox, that is a different product, from a different company.
