These terms govern use of www.usmail.ai (the “Site”), operated by Broadstroke, Inc. (“we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. The self-serve USMail.ai platform is coming soon and is not available for production mailing through this Site today.

1. What the Site is for

The Site provides information about USMail.ai, early-access signup, and documentation. Submitting the early-access form does not create a mailing account, fund a meter, or authorize physical mail production.

2. Early access

If you join the waitlist, you authorize us to contact you about launch, demos, and related services. You must provide accurate contact information. We may decline or remove waitlist entries at our discretion.

3. No professional advice

Content about Certified Mail, Certificate of Mailing, cutoffs, and production rules is informational. It is not legal advice. Your counsel decides what proof your process requires.

4. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site (e.g. scraping that harms availability, injecting malware, or submitting unlawful content). When the platform opens, separate product terms will apply to accounts, meters, and mail jobs — including rules for document content and recipient data.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and software descriptions are owned by Broadstroke, Inc. or licensors. Postalocity is a trademark of Broadstroke, Inc. You may not use our marks without permission.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadstroke, Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. USMail.ai is not the U.S. Postal Service.
