Mailing Service Policies

The rules behind every mailing: timing, cancellation, addresses, and services.

Cutoff and handoff

Approve your mailing by 10 p.m. Central, and we’ll print, prepare, and hand it off to USPS by 6:30 p.m. Central the next business day. USPS holidays are not business days. Delivery time after handoff depends on USPS.

Cancellation

You can cancel your mailing anytime before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are unavailable.

Addresses

USMail.ai helps identify potential address issues before your mail is sent. If an address cannot be validated, you’ll have the opportunity to correct it or choose to proceed, provided it meets USPS mailing requirements.

What we mail

We print and mail uploaded letters and documents. We can’t send physical objects.

Services

First-Class Mail, Certified Mail, USPS Marketing Mail (minimum 200 qualifying pieces, subject to USPS standards), and Certificate of Mailing (minimum 3 pieces).
