Texas landlord or HOA notices? Mail residents online.

By the USMail.ai team, more than 50 years of combined expertise in printing and mailing

Texas landlords and HOA boards can send eviction and meeting notices on paper without leaving the office, and we print and hand each letter to USPS. Upload the notice you already have, check the proof and the full price, then approve. Certified Mail is available for single notices. USPS delivery times vary.

USMail.ai is an AI print-to-mail platform for Texas landlords, property managers and HOA boards. You upload. You approve. We produce. This page is part of notice rules by state.

Which Texas notices have their own page?

Each page explains how that notice is usually sent and how USMail.ai prints and mails it. We add Texas pages as we publish them.

What kinds of Texas notices go out by mail?

Texas landlords often mail a notice to vacate or another eviction-related notice to one tenant, and Texas HOA boards mail annual meeting notices to every owner. The Texas eviction notice page covers the single, serious letter, and the Texas HOA meeting notice page covers the mailing that goes to the whole community.

Those are two very different jobs. One is a single letter where a USPS record matters; the other is a stack of identical letters to owners. USMail.ai handles both the same way: you upload, you approve, and we print and mail.

Does USMail.ai tell me what my Texas notice must say?

No. Your lawyer, the official Texas forms or your landlord or HOA association are the right sources for the wording, the notice period and how a notice must be served. We don't give legal advice, and we don't promise that a mailing meets any rule. We print the notice you approve and hand it to USPS.

General information, not legal advice.

When should a Texas notice go Certified?

Many Texas landlords send a single, serious notice by Certified Mail so they have a USPS record of the mailing. Certified letters cost $1.15 plus the current USPS Certified Mail fee, and USPS tracking is included with every Certified letter, never an add-on. We don't offer paper Return Receipt yet. If your lawyer or your lease calls for a Return Receipt, plan for that before you mail.

Routine notices to many tenants or owners usually go by regular First-Class Mail. Certified is a different service from Certificate of Mailing.

How does mailing a Texas notice work?

You save the notice the way you already make it, as a PDF or a Word file, and keep tenant or owner names and addresses in a spreadsheet. You upload both. We show you a proof of the finished letter and the full price before anything prints. When it looks right, you approve it.

We print each letter, fold it, put it in an envelope, add postage and hand it to USPS. We check every address before mailing. The AI helps set up the job, but it never suggests addresses; every address comes from you. USMail.ai is not USPS, and we can't promise when USPS will deliver a letter.

By default, letters you approve before 10 p.m. CT are handed to USPS the next business day. USPS delivery times vary. If you approve a job and then spot a mistake, you can unapprove it until its mail date. Unapproving puts the money back on your meter, not back on your card.

What does it cost to mail a Texas notice?

Letters starting at $1.15, postage included. For a one-page, single-sided, black-and-white First-Class letter.

You see the full price on screen before you approve. You can pay for each mailing as you go, or keep an optional balance on your meter. There are no contracts, subscriptions or setup fees. There is no printer, toner, envelope or stamp to buy, and nobody has to fold letters or stand in line at the post office.

Why mail notices instead of driving them to the post office?

A notice day often lands on top of everything else: showings, repairs, owner calls and rent questions. Printing at the office, stuffing envelopes, filling out Certified slips and standing in line can take a whole afternoon. With USMail.ai, you upload the notice from your desk, approve the proof on screen and go back to your day while we handle the paper, the postage and the handoff to USPS.
