A line that doesn't match a USPS address is flagged so you can fix it before you approve. If plans change, you can unapprove an approved job before its mail date, and unapproving puts the money back on your meter, not your card. A meter balance is optional, and you can pay per mailing.

Larger letters, color pages and Certified cost more, and the exact amount appears on screen first.
Yes. Monthly statements, invoices and reminder notices use the same steps, and you still approve each cycle, because lists change from month to month. Certified Mail is $1.15 plus the current USPS Certified Mail fee, which USPS publishes in Notice 123, and it includes USPS tracking. We don't offer paper Return Receipt yet.
A walk-in print shop is local, and you may print there and still mail the stack yourself. Doing it in-house means printers, paper, envelopes, postage and a trip to drop it off.
