Chiropractic recall? Remind patients from your office.

By the USMail.ai team, more than 50 years of combined expertise in printing and mailing

Remind patients it's time to come back, and we print each letter and hand it to USPS. Export the patients due for a visit, upload the list with the letter your office already uses, check the proof and the full price, then approve. Your front desk stays with the patients in the room.

USMail.ai is an AI print-to-mail platform for chiropractic offices that send recall letters and patient notices on paper. You upload. You approve. We produce. This page is part of medical office mailing.

Which letters do chiropractic offices mail?

Recall and reactivation letters are the big one: patients who finished a care plan, missed a visit or haven't been in for months. Offices also mail letters when a new chiropractor joins, when the office moves or changes hours, when the practice stops taking an insurance plan and when it says thank you for a referral.

Why mail recall letters instead of only texting?

Texts and emails are quick, but they are easy to swipe away, and some patients never opted in. A letter on the counter stays in sight. Many offices send a text first and a mailed letter to patients who didn't respond, so the letter acts as a second, friendly reminder.

What makes recall mail hard to keep up with?

It's the stack, every month. Someone pulls the list, prints the letters, stuffs and stamps them and drives to the post office, usually the same person who checks patients in and answers the phone. When the office is busy, recall mail is the first thing that slips, and the schedule shows it a few weeks later.

How does a chiropractic mailing work?

You save the letter the way you already make it, as a PDF or a Word file, and keep patient names and addresses in a spreadsheet. You upload both. We show you a proof of the finished letter and the full price before anything prints. When it looks right, you approve it.

We print each letter, fold it, put it in an envelope, add postage and hand it to USPS. We check every address before mailing. The AI helps set up the job, but it never suggests addresses; every address comes from you. USMail.ai is not USPS, and we can't promise when USPS will deliver a letter.

By default, letters you approve before 10 p.m. CT are handed to USPS the next business day. USPS delivery times vary. If you approve a job and then spot a mistake, you can unapprove it until its mail date. Unapproving puts the money back on your meter, not back on your card.

The full walk-through is on how it works.

What should a recall letter say?

Your letter is yours to write. Keep it warm and short: name the patient, say it's been a while or that a visit is due, and give one clear way to book, such as the phone number or online booking link. Sign it from the doctor or the office team so it reads like it came from people the patient knows.

USMail.ai doesn't write your letter or choose who receives it. We print what you approve, for the patients on your list.

Can anyone on staff send it?

Yes. Anyone you trust with the patient list can upload the job and send it for approval. The steps are the same for ten letters or a thousand, so recall doesn't wait on one person.

What does it cost to mail chiropractic letters?

Letters starting at $1.15, postage included. For a one-page, single-sided, black-and-white First-Class letter.

You see the full price on screen before you approve. You can pay for each mailing as you go, or keep an optional balance on your meter. There are no contracts, subscriptions or setup fees. There is no printer, toner, envelope or stamp to buy, and nobody has to fold letters or stand in line at the post office.

Where do chiropractic offices fit?
