Storage facility notices, printed and mailed

Lien, auction, and occupant notices on a deadline. You already have the copy. Certified when you add it. Same-day is never Certified.

What storage operators still put in the mail

Occupant, lien, auction — each is a document your process already uses.

  • Lien notices

The lien document your process already uses. We print that file. We do not assign unit numbers on the job.

  • Auction notices

Auction correspondence as a PDF you already have. Deadline mail, not a calendar inside our app.

  • Occupant notices

Past-due and occupancy mail as files from the facility. Batch with a list when several units are in play. One file per notice type. The list that belongs to it.

  • Deadline mail

The clock is yours. Production cutoffs decide the mail date. See the cutoff page before you promise one.

Occupant, then lien, then auction — on your clock

Storage notices stack. Occupant first. Lien next. Auction after that. Each step is a document the facility already uses. We do not decide when a unit enters that sequence. You upload the file the process already has. A site with ten units in lien is not a different product than a site with one. It is a list. A regional portfolio is still a set of files and lists. Do not ask this platform to know which gate code belongs to which occupant.

Deadline mail needs a mail date you can run. See cutoffs before you promise a date. Same-day is only for eligible First-Class. Same-day is never Certified. If the process wants Certified Mail, do not plan that notice against a same-day cutoff. Add Certified before you approve. You approve the proof. Cutoffs →

Certified Mail when the process wants it is a mail option, not a default on every occupant letter. Certificate of Mailing is a receipt that you mailed it. You pick. You approve. Certified Mail → Scan status on a qualifying First-Class occupant notice is not lien proof. Tracing →

Keep occupant, lien, and auction files on separate jobs. The facility system already knows which unit is in which stage. This platform only sees the document and the list you export that day. Occupants move. Addresses are checked before print. Address verification →

Facility marks on the envelope are included. Approve the artwork before a lien drop that needs it — that can take 1–2 business days. Features → Fund the meter. We do not publish a price per lien notice. Occupancy, locks, and balances stay in the facility system. Production mail, not a walk-in meter. Compare →

A site manager can export the occupant list. A regional ops person can still be the one who approves a lien drop. Do not promise a tenant a same-day Certified piece. Plan the notice against the cutoff that actually applies to the option you pick. We do not know which lock is on which door. We know the file you sent.

What this is not

  • Not a drafter

We do not draft lien copy. Auction language stays in the document you already use.

  • Not a PMS

Units, gates, and ledgers stay in the facility system. We mail the export.

  • Not unit control

We do not lock a unit or post a sale. Mail is the job.

  • Not an auction calendar

We do not docket sale dates. The facility’s process keeps the clock.

Storage mail FAQ

Does USMail.ai mail storage lien notices?

Yes. Lien, auction, and occupant notices your process already uses, plus a list if you need one. You approve. We print, insert, apply postage, and deliver the pieces to USPS. Add Certified Mail before you approve if the process wants proof. We do not manage units or ledgers.

Do you draft the lien or auction letter?

No. We do not draft lien copy. We do not write the auction notice. The facility already has the document the process uses. We print that file.

Can Certified lien mail go out same-day?

No. Same-day is never Certified. If the process wants Certified Mail, add it before you approve. The next business-day path applies. Cutoffs → · Certified Mail →

Is this a facility property-management system?

No. We do not manage units, gates, or ledgers. Occupancy, locks, and balances stay in the PMS. Export the occupant document and list. A person approves. We produce. A facility system of record is a different product.
